These chairs were a surprise gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. Manny did a very good job communicating with me on the design and schedule. I met Manny when I picked them up. He gave me care and maintenance advice, and helped me to keep the secret until I gave them to my daughter. They were a big hit! Everyone loves them. I can't thank Manny enough!

The Adirondack chair I ordered was an anniversary gift to my husband, who later told me it was one of the best gifts he has ever received.

Manny made the Adirondack chair I purchased a truly custom experience and was very responsive and accommodating when I had questions or input about font, style, graphics, etc.

He even made a custom video for us with step by step assembly instructions.

My experience with this owner was fantastic. The chairs are fully customizable and he checked with me on every detail to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted! The chair is extremely high quality & sturdy - quality wood, nicely stained, perfectly sized, and the designs are done with great detail and precision. He expedited my order to be ready by Father’s Day and stayed in contact with me the whole time on status. I was surprised that the chair came in pieces (in hindsight it makes sense), but everything was pre-drilled, well labeled and the owner provided a step by step you-tube instruction video which included info on the chair and ongoing care considerations. He answered all of my questions promptly as I was putting it together - superior customer service! I am not handy in any way but had fun putting it together!

I purchases this custom made The Ohio State University Adirondack Chair for my husband for Christmas.  The whole experience with Manny from start to finish, was absolutely flawless.  Manny immediately started texting me after placing the order to ensure every detail was exactly as I wanted it.  He also send updates and photos through the whole process as well as consistent updates tracking the delivery.  You have to assemble the chair after delivery, but don't worry, Manny has you covered! He sent a fabulous personalized video guiding you through the whole set up.  This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever received on Etsy, not to mention an absolutely beautiful finished product.  My husband's favorite thing is to sit by our fire pit and smoke cigars,  and now he has the perfect chair for the activity!
